| Abstract: | This article is aim at the situation of part of diesel engine in the telecommunication building lack of capability cased by the increase powering needs of telecommunication building after the 3G project start-up.It discuss the reasonable assigning the capability of diesel engine by the management method of stagger the load peak value to realize the goal of safety powering without increase any diesel engine. |
