Abstract:Teching" and "Learning" is a necessary unity of opposites. This paper presents that how can we improve the class-teaching quality of Electrotechnics course and how can we train college students with creatine conciousness and ability for the 21st century from five aspects as "preciseness", "exactness", "newnex", "depth" and "proficiency".
