Web - based Design of Office Automation System

At present, the office automation systems using conventional Client/Server do not well satisfy the need of network office and can hardly make a full use of new technique, so they could not take the advantage of new management. This paper proposes a kind of web-based office automation system, which is built upon Browser/Server/Database architecture. The span-platform JAVA and modularized design are adopted to realize user-defined work-flow and user-defined department function. At the same time, they sustain all kinds of large databases.
