摘    要:本工作研究了以丙烯酸和环氧树脂为原料合成丙烯酸环氧醋的动力学,认为该反应是一级反应,在此基础上提出了反应机理.同时研究了不饱和酸离解常数及溶剂对反应速率常数的影响,进一步支持了上述观点,并且求出了在不同温度丫的反应速率常数及反应的活化能

Abstract:Kinetics on the reaction of epoxy resin with acrylic acid has been studied. Mechanism of this reaction is proposed. Acrylic acid dissociates initially into carboxylatc anion and proton. Then the carboxylate anion undergoes nucleophilic addition to epoxy resin group, producing an alcoholate anion. The reaction is finally accomplished by the absorption of a proton. The rate of addition of acrylic acid to epoxy resin is first order. In addition, the influence of dissociation constants of the unsaturated acids and polarity of the solvents on the reaction rates is in agreement with the above suggested mechanism.
