| 摘 要： | DEA方法现已成为联接现代经济学、管理学和系统科学的桥梁之一.把山东省旅游发展看成一个投入——产出系统,应用DEA方法中C2R模型,选取相关指标,从效率和规模收益两个方面进行评价.把山东省17地市旅游发展划分4类,针对不同类型提出相应的对策.对DEA方法应用于区域旅游发展评价的基本思路及应注意的问题进行阐述.

| Abstract: | At present,DEA method has become a bridge among management,economics and system science.This paper first presents basic ideas and models of DEA.Then,taking it as an in-output system,correlative indexes close to tourism development of Shandong Province are selected.Based on C2R model of DEA,the correlative tourism development efficiency and scale income of 17 cities in Shandong Province are calculated and evaluated.The types of 17 cities in ShanDong Province are classified.Finally,corresponding advices are put forward and the basic thoughts and attentive problems of application of DEA in regional tourism development are illuminated. |
