γ-Ray Holography – Three-Dimensional Imaging of a Local Atomic Structure

Abstract:γ-ray holography is a novel method for three-dimensional (3D) imaging of a local atomic structure, which utilizes the internal reference idea of holography. The principles of this method will be presented with emphasis on the phase information gained by means of complex holograms. This revised version was published online in August 2006 with corrections to the Cover Date.
