摘    要:本文介绍了改性钛酸铅压电陶瓷材料的研制。通过配方筛选和改善工艺,得到了具有如下性能水平的改性钛酸铅系列压电陶瓷材料: 厚向机电耦合系数k_t 0.51—0.61 径向机电耦合系数k_p 0.07—0.36 介电常数∈ 250—300 机械品质因数Q_m 10—1000 其中,k_t为0.56;k_p为0.07;∈为230和Q_m为250的改性钛酸铅压电陶瓷材料用于研制检测超声换能器阵取得了满意的效果。

Abstract:This paper introduced the development of modified PbTiO3 piezoelectric ceramics. Through the improved process and composition selection,a series of modified PbTiO3 piezoelectric ceramic materials have bsen produced, which have the following properties. Thickness coupling factor k1, 0.51-0.61 planar coupling factor kt 0.07-0.56 Dielectric constant e 250-300 Mechanical Qm 10-1000 Satisfactory results are obtained from the ultrasonic testing transducers and transducer array using these modified materials with kt, = 0.56; kp=0.07; e=230; QM=250.
