| Abstract: | Demonstration of a simple strategy to generate synthetic high-affinity protein capture agents of practical utility for protein-detecting microarrays. The model study highlights capture of the MBP-Mdm2 fusion protein on a solid support by a linear sequence of peptides that bind to the two individual polypeptide chains. |
