| 摘 要： | 本文目的是建立在以工作年限为终端的控制下预测个人未来发展的随机模型．调查的主体是济南市市民，其中个人发展简化由个人月收入代替衡量．首先在大学生之中进行一个调查确定对个人发展影响较为明显的几个因素作为目标因素，然后根据结果制定新的调查问卷在已工作人士中展开，分类统计不同工作年限的被调查人所填写的调查问卷，根据结果统计应用EVIEWS等软件建立随机模型．

| Abstract: | The aim of this paper is to set up a stochastic model to forecast the future development of individuals before retirement.The individuals interviewed are chosen from the citizens of Jinan city,Shandong province of China,and their future development are measured by their incomes.The key factors which conspicuously influence the future development are firstly determined based on a survey among university students.Then an investigation is made to collect the data concerning the key factors and the future development among the employed individuals.The desired stochastic model is then established upon a statistical analysis of the collected data with the EVIEWS software. |
