摘    要:随着高速AD器件和高性能通用处理器的发展,工作于较低频段(如L波段)雷达的数据采集可以在射频进行,从而减少了模拟电路带来的信息损失。文中以I,波段数字阵列雷达(DAR)的研制为背景,研究了基于射频直接采集技术的多路高速AD的同步采集方法,提出了一种高效的正交解调结构,给出了宽带通道均衡的有效方法,成功研制了全数字接收组件。在对DAR工作流程分析的基础上,成功完成了具有通用性的高性能处理单元的研制。

Abstract:With the development of high speed AD device and high performance general processor, the data acquisition of low frequency radar(for example: L-band) can be implemented on RF, which can reduce the information loss caused by the analog circuit. The background of this paper is the research of L-band digital array radar(DAR), it studies the method of synchronizing acquirement of multiehannel high speed AD based on direct acquiring technology on RF. Then it puts forward an effective quadrature demodulation structure and an effective method of wideband channel equalization. Based on above technology an full digital receiving subassembly is developed successfully. Based on the analyzing result of working flow of DAR, it accomplishes successfully a processing unit with high performance and universal functions.
