Abstract:In this paper,tubing into account the hyperfine structure of Na D2 line and the circularly polarized components with a Voigt profile.We have calculated the transmission,central frequency shift and pass bsndwidth of Na Faraday anomalous dispersion optical filter as functions of magnetic field strength and atomic cell temperature.Theoretical results show that the central frequency shift is about 80GHz/T,the pass bandwidth 0. 001nm~0.01nm,and the transmission approximately 100%.
