Functionally commutative matrices and matrices with constant eigenvectors |

Abstract: | Several theorems are proved showing when a functionally commutative matrix must have a set of constant eigenvectors. Theorems for the converse implication are also given. Counterexamples to both implications in the general case are shown. |
