外腔半导体激光器激光波长连续可调范围的研究

摘    要:在此研究了利特曼结构和利特罗结构的外腔半导体激光器激光波长连续可调范围和反射镜转轴等关键几何位置与结构的机械加工或制作误差的关系,详细分析了由于制作工艺、技术精度等因素所造成的各种误差对激光器连续可调谐范围的影响。

Abstract:A tunable diode laser is used in high-resolution spectroscopy, laser cooling of atoms, time standards, and coherent optical communications. It has a narrow linewidth, single frequency, and the wavelength is tunable. But its continuous tuning range is restricted by the mode-hop. The analysis on mode-hop suppression of the Littrow configuration and Littman configuration lasers and its continuous tuning range are presented.
