| 摘 要： | 青年教师是高专院校教学工作的中坚力量,青年教师的教学能力是影响教学质量和效果的关键因素,要提高教学质量和人才培养质量,必须重点培养和提升青年教师的教学能力.本文分析了高专院校青年教师的现状,进一步提出了青年教师提升教学能力的途径:建立岗前培训体系,进行多元培训;建立教学检查的长效机制,完善教学评价制度;组织青年教师教学竞赛,评选青年教师教学能手;创设科研环境,注重教学科研相结合,形成有利于青年教师成长的教学管理制度环境,尽快使青年教师成为教学能手.
