SrAl2O4:Eu2+的长余辉发光特性的研究

摘    要:本文研究了SrAl2O4:Eu2+材料的发光及长余辉特性.首次得到了这一材料的发光衰减由初始的快衰减和后期的慢衰减过程所组成,以及热释发光光谱出现两个热释发光峰值的实验结果.对所得结果进行了分析讨论,提出了这一材料的发光衰减是由两个足够深的电子陷阱所引起.

Abstract:uminescence and long persistence property of SrAl2O4:Eu2+ are investigated in the paper.It is analyzed by emission spectra that the Eu2+ luminescence in the above phosphor is caused by 5d-4f transition.Its luminescence decay follows I=ct-n,which consists of the initial fast process and the later extremely slow process after 5 minutes.The thermoluminescent spectra of this phosphor consist two peaks.The temperatures of peak value are 117℃ and 155℃ respectively,this means the electron traps of phosphors are very deep,which can cause the extremely long persistence of SrAl2O4:Eu2+.
