摘    要:探讨了微波辐照时间、微波功率大小、活性炭和NaOH添加量等对废液中Ni2+处理效果的影响,并对作用机理进行了分析。研究发现,加入活性炭并引入微波作用能够明显提高沉淀反应速率,活性炭在反应中起到催化剂作用;随着微波功率的增加,Ni2+沉淀反应速率不断提高,最终出现饱和;Ni2+质量浓度为1.25 g/L的废液100 mL,NaOH添加质量1.12 g时,沉淀反应达最佳状态。

Abstract:The effects of microwave irradiation time,microwave power and the addition of activated carbon and NaOH on the Ni2+treatment in wastewater were discussed,and the corresponding mechanism was analyzed.It was found that adding activated carbon and introducing microwave could significantly increase the precipitation rate of Ni2+,and the activated carbon played as catalytic in the reaction.With the increase of microwave power,the precipitation reaction rate increases continuously until to saturation.For 100 ml wastewater with Ni2+mass concentration of 1.25 g/l,1.12 g NaOH can make optimal precipitation reaction.
