近距离斜穿车站富水圆砾地层盾构换刀技术及刀具磨损分析

开仓换刀作业是盾构隧道施工中不可避免的技术难题之一，现以南宁市轨道交通5号线新—广区间盾构隧道工程为背景，针对盾构机在富水圆砾、泥岩复合地层中长距离掘进后连续穿越3道地连墙的工程特点，总结刀盘优化布局方案，详细介绍适用于该地层条件下的素桩加固辅以降水作业的换刀方案，并对换刀前后盾构掘进过程中产生的刀具磨损进行测量、分析，揭示了盾构在复合地层中掘进以及直接切削地连墙造成的刀具磨损规律，提出了盾构切削桩基时的合理换刀距离，为后续施工及类似工程提供一定的指导和借鉴。

Cutter change technology and cutter wear analysis of shield machine in water-rich pebble stratum at a short distance across the station

The operation of opening a chamber and changing a cutter is one of the inevitable technical problems in the construction of shield tunnels. With the shield tunnel project of Nanning Rail Transit Line 5 Xin-Guang Section as the background, it is aimed at the engineering characteristics of the continuous crossing of three ground connecting walls after the long-distance tunneling in the water-rich boulders and mudstone composite stratum. The optimized layout plan of the cutter head is summarized, and the cutter change plan suitable for the pile reinforcement supplemented by the dewatering operation under the conditions of the stratum is introduced in detail, and the cutter change was performed. The measurement and analysis of the cutter wear generated during the tunneling process of the front and rear shields revealed the law of cutter wear caused by the shield tunneling in the composite stratum and the direct cutting of the ground wall, and the reasonable tool change distance when the shield was cutting the pile foundation was proposed.
