一种超小型行波管高压电源设计

摘    要:本文介绍了一种超小型行波管高压电源的整体设计方案及关键技术。根据某型号行波管的电参数和体积要求,确定了行波管高压电源的设计方案,重点介绍了实现电源超小型化采用的结构设计方案。对主功率电路进行了PSpice电路建模,仿真计算了电压和功率参数。在此基础上制作了超小型行波管高压电源原理样机,并对其进行测试,输出阴极电压-3000 V,总功率大于220 W,体积仅有130 mm×32 mm×17 mm。

Abstract:This article introduces the overall design and key technologies of an ultra-small high-voltage power supply for traveling wave tubes(TWTs).According to the electrical parameters and volume requirements of a TWT,the design scheme is determined,and the structure design to realize miniaturization is mainly introduced.PSpice circuit modeling for the main power circuit was performed,and the parameters of voltage and power were calculated.On this basis,a prototype of the power supply is developed and tested.The output cathode voltage of the power supply is-3000 V,the total power is greater than 220 W,and the volume is only 130 mm×32 mm×17 mm.
