汶川地震灾后重建任务艰巨,农村地广人多,更是关键地区.灾民安置的紧迫性要求农居建设先行,相关规划跟进.针对非常规建设程序下的农村规划问题——防震减灾、规划选址、土地整治、产业规划、村民意愿等,以什邡市湔氐镇下院村为例进行研究,通过总结地震灾后农村重建规划经验,试图建立以快速安置为先导的震后农居规划模式.

Discussion on the planning of buliding farmhouse in progress of post-quake reconstruction

The reconstruction after Wenchuan Earthquake is a huge task,especially in the rural area which is filled with lots of people and land.The pressure on rehabilitation in quake-hit areas demands on building farmhouses at first and then planning on it.Many issues on building farmhouses in an unconventional program such as earthquake defense and disaster reduction,location planning,land reclamation,industry plan,farmer＇s willingness have to be studied Xiayuan Village in Jiandi Town of Shifang City have been taken as an example,the planning experience been summarized,and a planning mode which takes for building farmhouses quickly as the guide has been established has been summarized.
