高钛钛铁中氮的滴定法测定

摘    要:利用经典的滴定法,用0.005mol·L~(-1)H_2SO_4溶液吸收在强碱性条件下,用水蒸气蒸馏出的氨,并以0.01mol·L~(-1)NaOH标准溶液返滴定过量的H_2SO_4,测定样品中氮的含量,研究了测定的最佳条件,拟定了高钛钛铁中氮的测定方法,样品的加标回收率为94%~97%,方法用于测定高钛钛铁中的氮,测定下限可至0.04%,RSD<3.5%(n=5),且稳定性好,结果满意.

Abstract:A method for the determination of nitrogen in ferrotitanium is proposed in this paper. In a strong alkaline solution. nitrogen in the sample is transformed into ammonia and expelled from the solution by steam distillation. The ammonia distilled is absorbed in 0.005mol ?L~(-1) H_2SO_4, and finally titrated with a standard solution of 0. Olmol ?L~(-1) NaOH solution. The recovery obtained is in the range 94% ?7% , and its RSD is smaller than 3. 5%(n=5). The limit of determination of this method is 0. 04%.
