基于STC89C51的红外测温仪设计

摘    要:在工业生产中,一些大型电气设备运行中需要监测其表面的温度来判断运行状况是否正常,依靠人工接触式检测温度既有一定的危险性,又费时费力.文中在介绍红外测温原理的基础上,设计了一种以STC89C51单片机为核心的红外测温系统,包括系统硬件电路和软件系统.STC89C51单片机负责控制启动温度测量、接收测量数据,并按照单片机中的温度值计算出目标的温度值,由液晶LCD显示出来.

Design of infrared temperature measuring instrument based on STC89 C51

Abstract:In industrial production,monitoring the surface temperature to determine the condition is normal or not need some large electrical equipment operation,relying on manual contact measurement temperature can be dangerous,and time-consuming.This paper,based on the infrared temperature measurement principle,designed a kind of infrared temperature measurement system based on STC89C51 single chip microcomputer as its core,including the hardware circuit and software system.STC89C51 MCU is used to start the temperature measurement,measurement data,and in accordance with the MCU receives the temperature value calculation algorithm to compute the target temperature value,displayed by LCD.
