煤粉炉内颗粒辐射特性的检测与分析

摘    要:在一台200 MW机组煤粉炉上开展了炉内颗粒介质辐射特性的检测与分析.采用火焰图像处理技术及辐射传递逆求解方法检测了炉内三个横截面的颗粒介质的吸收系数和散射系数,同时采用水冷枪抽气取样装置对炉内燃烧介质中的颗粒物进行了采样.实验结果表明,炉膛中燃烧器区域的颗粒辐射特性相对较大,炉膛出口处的颗粒辐射特性最小;其的辐射特性与颗粒含碳量成正比;颗粒表面较为光滑的飞灰,其辐射特性相对较小,而表面凹凸不平的焦炭颗粒,其辐射特性相对较大.

Abstract:The experimental investigations on measurement and analysis of radiative properties of particulate medium in a pulverized-coal-fired .boiler furnace of a 200 MW power plant.The absorption and scattering coefficients in three cross sections of the boiler have been measured by image processing technique and inverse radiative transfer.At the same time,the particles in furnaces were sampled by a water-cooled suction probe.The experimental results show that the radiative properties in the burner are larger than those in the outlet of the boiler furnace.The value of measured radiatvie properties is proportional with the carbon content in sampled particles.The radiative properties of smooth ash are smaller while those of porous char are larger.
