| 摘 要： | 讨论了砷在人体中的代谢，砷对人和动物的毒性影响，砷的生物学作用以及砷与癌症的关系。指出砷的毒性不仅取决于总量，更重要的是取决于化学形态；提示微量元素的形态与人体健康的关系应该作为从分子水平准确认识中草药中微量元素与中草药的药理生理活性关系的新思路；提出元素的生物活性与其存在状态的关系是药物拮抗作用和食物拮抗作用的实质。

| Abstract: | A review with 13 references is given on the relation between trace element arsenic and health including the metabolism of arsenic in human body,the influence of arsenic on human and animal,the influence of arsenic on cells,the biology role of arsenic and the relations between arsenic and cancer.It points out that the toxicity of arsenic not only on its total value but also its form,it prompts the relations between the form of trace elements and health should be as the new thinking that accurate understanding the relations between the trace elements in Chinese herbal medicine and its pharmacology and physiology,and puts forward the relations between the biological activity of elements and its exiting state is the crux of drug antagonism and food antagonism. |
