| Abstract: | A relatively simple and convenient procedure for the determination of small amounts of fluoride has been established. It is based on the decrease in absorbance when fluoride is added to a solution of the zirconium—Chrome Azurol S complex. Microgram amounts of fluoride can be determined with an error of better than about 2%. Some practical applications are presented. |
