山苍子核仁油的大口径毛细管柱气相色谱-傅里叶变换红外光谱分析

摘    要:本文采用国产色谱仪与进口红外光谱仪及接口加工组成气相色谱-傅里叶变换红外光谱(GC-FTIR)分析仪,使用大口径弹性石英毛细管柱(WBC),分析了湖南省永顺县产山苍子核仁油的组成。讨论了利用等高线图(CTD)分析技术及差谱技术处理GC-FTIR分析数据的方法,得出了其中约80多个组分的纯化合物气相红外光谱图,定性了其中38种物质,占总色谱峰面积的90%以上。

Abstract:The litsea cubeba pit oil in Yongshun country of Hunan Province has been analysed by a self-constructed wide-bore capillary GC-FTIRS. A method for the analysis of the GC-FTIR data by contour display (CTD) and IR absorbance-subtraction technique is discussed. The IR spectra of about 80 components of the pit oil have been got, and the 38 components which cover more than 90% of the total peak areas have been qualified finally.
