Abstract: | A lateral flow nucleic acid biosensor based on copper-dependent DNA-cleaving DNAzyme and gold nanoparticles has been developed for the visual detection of copper ions (Cu(2+)) in an aqueous solution with a detection limit of 10 nM. |
