摘    要:分别采用沉淀法、水热合成法和不同气氛下焙烧的方式制备了ZrO2载体,采用浸渍法负载Ru及Ru-Re组分制备了Ru/ZrO2和Ru-Re/ZrO2催化剂.利用氮气吸附-脱附、X射线衍射、透射电镜及程序升温还原等方法对样品的比表面积、孔容、平均孔径、晶体结构、形貌及还原特性等进行了表征.考察了Re组分及ZrO2载体制备方法对催化剂在丙三醇氢解制丙二醇反应中的催化性能的影响.结果表明,不同方法制备的ZrO2载体对负载型Ru催化剂的催化性能有一定影响,其中以沉淀法在空气中焙烧制得ZrO2负载活性组分后得到的催化剂的活件相对较低(转化率18.7%),而以沉淀法在氮气中焙烧以及水热合成法制备的ZrO2负载活性组分后得到的催化剂的活性相对较高(转化率25.8%).Re组分的引入对Ru/ZrO2系列催化剂的催化性能有明显的促进作用.
