基于正交实验法的淹没磨料射流冲蚀性能实验研究

摘    要:简要介绍了磨料射流原理以及实现淹没磨料射流的方法和装置。影响淹没磨料射流冲蚀性能的因素很多。为了确定对冲蚀性能影响较显著的因素及其重要性次序,进而提出在淹没磨料射流实验研究中的计算方法,应用了正交实验法安排实验,同时利用正交分析的相关方法得出结论。为进一步研究和改进淹没磨料射流性能奠定了基础。

Abstract:The principle of abrasive waterjet and the method as well as equipment of realization of submerged abrasive waterjet were briefly introduced.There are many influence factors in submerged abrasive waterjet erosion performance.The orthogonal experiment was used to design experiment and the experiment's data were analyzed accordingly.The analyzing on data of experiments could provide some theoretical evidence and practical prediction for further studies in this field.
