AMOLED屏上驱动电路的设计

摘    要:提出一种基于AMOLED屏的行、列驱动电路的设计方法。该行、列驱动电路是由带两管a-SiTFT和一个存储电容的像素电路组成的AMOLED驱动,行驱动电路是由译码器组成,完成64行的逐行选通信号,列驱动电路由移位寄存器和数据选择器组成,整个系统设计实现128×64点阵AMOLED屏的屏上驱动电路,运用Tanner Pro软件完成对整个电路各部分的绘制,证明了设计的可行性与正确性。

Abstract:In this paper, a line based on AMOLED screen, column driver circuit design is presented. The row, column driver circuit with two a-Si TFT and a storage capacitor pixel circuit compose of AMOLED, line driver circuit is formed by the decoder to complete the 64 line progressive strobe, column driver circuit by the shift register and data selector component, the entire system to achieve 128×64 dot matrix screen screen AMOLED drive circuit, and the use of Tanner Pro software to complete various parts. It proves that the feasibility and correctness of the design.
