Synthesis and properties of furan derivatives. 5. Synthesis of 2-substituted benzoxazoles containing furan fragments

The condensation of imidates and imidate hydrochlorides of furan acids with o-aminophenols gives furyl derivatives of 2-substituted benzoxazoles.
