| 摘 要： | 文中介绍了Parlay API技术,设计了3G网络中的用户定位业务,并在ISG仿真器上进行了仿真和实现,验证了遵循parlay组织提出的开放API开发电信增值业务的可行性和简单性。最后,分析了该业务的实际运作效果。

| Abstract: | The paper describes Parlay API and designs an added-value service of user location. Simulation on ISG emulator shows that it is feasible and simple to develop telecommunication added-value services with the open API offered by Parlay group. Finally,the effect of the user location added-value service is analyzed . |
