Abstract: | Conclusions Tocopherol possesses a high ability to react with peroxide radicals; the stoichiometric coefficient of inhibition is equal to 3.2. The conversion products of tocopherol also possess inhibiting properties; however, their activity is approximately 20 times lower than the activity of free tocopherol.Translated from Izvestiya Akademii Nauk SSSR, Seriya Khimicheskaya, No. 12, pp. 2714–2718, December, 1972. |
