| Abstract: | Band structure in the conductivity of 4-barrier Nb/Al-AlOx-Al-AlOx-Al-AlOx-Al-AlOx-Nb (SINININIS) tunnel junctions is observed at low temperatures. This structure is explained in terms of the interference of quasiparticle waves in a periodic barrier. |
