摘    要:采用显微共焦拉曼光谱技术测试研究了L-茶氨酸,得到了L-茶氨酸的拉曼谱图,发现在250~1 700和2 800~3 000cm-1能够观测到明显的拉曼信号;通过对谱峰进行归属和分析,得到了不同波数范围内的特征振动模式;其中,在321,900,938,1 153,1 312,1 358,1 454和1 647cm-1找到8个较强的拉曼信号,可作为L-茶氨酸的特征峰。结果表明:拉曼光谱可能成为一种直接、准确和快速的检测茶氨酸的方法。

Abstract:The L-theanine was tested using confocal Raman microscopy.Obvious Raman bands were showed in the range of 250~1 700 and 2 800~3 000 cm-1.The Raman bands were assigned with a preliminary analysis and the characteristic vibrational modes were gained in different range of wave numbers.Eight strong Raman bands were observed in the Raman spectra at 321,900,938,1 153,1 312,1 358,1 454 and 1 647 cm-1,respectively.They are the characteristic Raman bands of L-theanine.The results showed that Raman spectroscopy might...
