摘    要:传统有机物参数如COD和BOD等只能表示总量,无法展示有机物成分。荧光光谱可以展现有机物组成,如同指纹与水样一一对应,被称为水质荧光指纹。该文研究了以生活污水为主的城市污水三维荧光光谱在典型活性污泥法处理前后的变化,识别出该类污水荧光指纹中可生物降解和难降解有机物的分布区域:城市污水的激发波长/发射波长=280/340nm与225/340nm附近的荧光主要由可生物降解的物质产生,而激发波长大于300nm和激发波长小于300nm且发射波长大于400nm的两个区域的荧光主要由难降解物质产生。结果表明荧光指纹可以检测污水处理工程的运行效果并指导反应器设计和运行。
