| Abstract: | In the paper the spatial electro--optic and optic--electronic conductivity ofBSO crystals is analyzed theoretically. In terms of the light of 532nm, 632nm theexperimental study of optic--electrical conductivity and light modulation is carri-ed out. And the results are quite agreeable with the theoretical ones. |
