波纹通道中流动非稳态特性的数值研究

摘    要:本文对两种不同间距的波纹通道中的流动进行了非定常的数值模拟,给出了间距和雷诺数对反映涡脱落频率的无量纲斯特劳哈尔数的影响情况,比较了二维和三维数值模拟的差别。增大雷诺数或者减小间距将会使斯特劳哈尔数增大,而斯特劳哈尔数随雷诺数增大而增加的趋势会趋于平缓。雷诺数相同的情况下,三维模拟会得到振幅更大且形式更复杂的速度随时间振荡的曲线,而且波纹通道间距越大,速度振荡曲线的振幅也越大且形式越复杂。

Abstract:The unsteady (time-dependent) laminar flow model is employed to predict the fluid flow behavior in two corrugated channels with different channel spacings. Strouhal number is calculated and compared for different channel spacings and with the Ali & Ramadhyani experimental data. Comparisons between 2D and 3D simulations are also made. The numerical results suggest that Strouhal number will increase when the channel spacing is decreased and/or when Reynolds number is increased. The velocity-time signal will become more intense and more complicated if 2D simulation is replaced by 3D simulation and/or if the channel spacing is increased.
