| Abstract: | Directional differences in electron temperature are observed in n-type indium antimonide between E ∥ H and E ⊥ H geometries of electric and magnetic fields. Effects are reported in far-infrared cyclotron resonance for electrons at the donor level as well as the conduction band. |
