| 摘 要： | 以湖南省祁东县皮塘土地整理项目为例，采用定量评价方法对土地整理的生态环境效益进行分析、评价，结果表明吸收CO2，放出O2的价值，即净化空气的效益现值为2067539．1元；水源涵养功能的效益现值为5940元；水土保持功能效益现值为1980元；防风固沙效益现值为488126．1元；生物多样性保护效益现值为79元；经济效益现值为733888．1元．防护林的生态环境效益约为经济效益的3．5倍．

| Abstract: | Take the land consolidation item in pitangqidong of Hu Nan Province as example,the evaluation and analysis on eco-environment benefits were taken by adopting the evaluating measures of quantity.The result showed that :The value of absorbing CO_2 and emiting O_2,namely the benefit current value of purifying the air is 2 067 539.1yuan;The benefit current value of conserving water resource function is 5 940 yuan;of water and soil conservation function is 1 980 yuan;of windbreak and sand-fixation is 488 126.1 yuan;of protecting bio-diversity is 792 yuan;of the economic benefits is 733 888.1 yuan.The eco-environment benefits of the shelter belt was raised by 3.5 times compared with the economic benefits. |
