| 摘 要： | 针对模具生产企业制造过程中数据杂乱繁多的问题,分析了模具企业的数据特性,并对不同类型的数据进行了分类,探讨了不同种类数据的标识方式,提出了一种映射模型,完成对模具企业数据信息的采集,并将本方法应用至模具管理系统,提高了模具企业管理人员对模具车间信息了解的实时性与准确性,提高了企业管理的效率。

| Abstract: | To deal with the problem that there are many kinds of data in the manufacturing process of mould manufacturing enterprise, and the characteristics of data in mould manufacturing enterprise are analyzed. The classification of different types of data is classified, and various of identification methods of data are also discussed. A functional mapping model is proposed to collect the data of the mould enterprise. Finally, the method is applied to the mold management system, which can help the manager master the information of mould manufacturing workshop immediately. |
