摘    要:把压电元件埋入复合材料层合板中,层合板就变成压电自适应层合板,它除了具有承载能力外,还具有检测、动作、变形等功能。本文用有限元法对压电自适应层合板进行了分析,压电元件的驱动效应被等效为力学载荷。计算过程因此得到了简化,所得算例1的计算结果得到了实验结果的验证。在此基础上,利用非线性规划方法,对结构形状的最优控制进行了分析,并给出了算例2的分析结果。

Abstract:When piezoelectrical elements are embedded in a laminate made of composite materials, the laminate becomes piezoelectrical adaptive, which fact not only induce the material owns load bearing capacity but also the measuring, actuating and deforming capacities. In this paper, the piezoelectrical adaptive laminate is analyzed with the finite element method. From the investigation it is found that the actuating effect of piezoelectrical element is changed for an equivalent mechanical load, this fact leads to a simplified computational process. In this paper, two numerical examples are given. In example 1, the computational result is verified by an experiment. On the basis of FEM, the optimal control on the structural shape is analyzed with nonlinear programming of FEM. This result of analysis is given in example 2.
