Abstract:Cobalt nanowires have been electrodeposited into the pores of polycarbonate membranes.Through the comparison of two kinds of samples fabricated without magnetic field and with 1.2×104A/m magnetic field,respectively,the influence of magnetic field on the structure of electrodeposited Co nanowires has been investigated.Combined with transmission electron microscopy,X-ray diffraction and vibrating sample magnetometer measurements,we found that the samples deposited under magnetic field form texture,therefore exhibit uniaxial magnetic anisotropy,and the coersivity (Hc) and squareness (Mr/Ms) were greatly enhanced.
