Abstract: | In the framework of the Mc Millan-Mayer theory, the enthalpy, volume, and heat capacity coefficients of binary and ternary interactions of amides, alcohols, and acetonitrile in water and nonaqueous solvents were obtained at various temperatures. No pronounced regularities in changes in the coefficients of multiple interactions observed in aquous solutions were found for nonaqueous solutions of the substances studied. None of the considered coefficients can be used as a criterion for solvophobicity. Translated fromIzvestiya Akademii Nauk. Seriya Khimicheskaya, No. 9, pp. 1587–1591, September, 1997. |
