| 摘 要： | 秋季茶树内源激素在不同器官中分布是不均衡的,波动幅度IAA最大,ABA稍次之,ZR最小.同时,IAA、ER含量变化趋势相近,与ABA相反.各种激素在不同器官中敏感性不同并起着协同连锁性的作用.茶树短穗扦插生产上选用的插穗,其IAA/ABA、ZR/ABA和成活率均较高.

ELISA Analysis and Distribute of Endogenous Hormone in the Different Organ of Tea Trees in the Autumn |

| Abstract: | The endogenous hormone is unbalanced distribute to different organ of the tea tree in the autumn , Its motion range IAA is biggest,the ABA is narrower slightly , the ZR is minimum . At the same time , the IAA and ER contains variety trend close by , is contrary with ABA . Every kind of hormone is different sensitivity in different organ and rises to be in conjunction with the catena function . The tea cuttings in asexuality bred have higher level of IAA / ABA , ZR / ABA , as the result , they have higher rooting rate . |
