| Abstract: | We discussed management system structure,layer structure,interface,management communication protocol and the management information model of the current optical network management system.Then,we analyzed the management system's frangibility in openness,credibility,management,controllability,reliability,usability and economic.At last we brought out a solution of safety network construction. |
