| 摘 要： | 针对各类机关、企事业单位普遍存在应用文写作不规范的现状，常见的计算机辅助写作软件存在模板不全面等局限性，提出在PB中利用VBA技术来直接操作Word文档及格式设置的格式模板实现方法。降低了开发难度，格式模板种类较全面，简化了用户操作，生成的应用文格式规范。

| Abstract: | According to the situation of the lack of standardization in the practical writing of various government organs, public institutions and enterprises, and the limitations such as the incompleteness of the template in the common computer-aided writing software, the implementation method of the use of VBA technology to directly manipulate word documents and the format set in PB is proposed in this paper, it reduces the development effort, the more complete format templates in the system, simplifies the user operation, and generates the standardized format practical writing. |
