| 摘 要： | 目前我国第二次土地调查土地利用数据库已经基本建成,如何保障第二次土地调查成果的现势性和时效性十分重要。笔者提出了省、市、县三级联动的实时增量更新与监管模式和思路,分别从数据变化源的确定、时态数据模型与存储,以及实时增量更新生成与逐级汇交等几个方面进行了详细阐述。最后进行了系统设计和原型开发,并以辽宁省土地利用监管系统为典型案例对省、市、县三级联动的实时增量更新与监管模式进行了验证。

| Abstract: | The second land survey of land use database basically completed at the end of 2009,and then how to protect the timeliness of the second land survey outcome becomes a very pressing issue.In case of the study of the second national land survey standards and the progress in spatial data updating,this paper proposes the province,city and county levels linkage real-time incremental updates and regulatory mechanisms,and it also describes in determination and distribution of the change source,temporal data model,real-time incremental update and cocurrent.Finally,Liaoning incremental update and regulatory mechanism system of the Land Use Database are designed and developed. |
