摘    要:介绍了基于ATmega128控制核心的激光三维雕刻控制系统的硬件设计与软件开发.与以往基于PC机控制或通过并/串口进行数据传输的系统不同,该系统采用USB接口实现PC机与激光雕刻机的数据传输,能适应高速、大数据量的加工需求,USB使系统能够扩展多台雕刻机共用一台PC机控制,这既节约了成本,又能大幅度提高工效;系统扩展了64 Mb的数据存储器,能够满足大容量数据存储的需要,从而能够实现激光雕刻机在脱机状态下工作.

Abstract:The design of hardware and the programming of software of laser three-dimension carving control system based on ATmega128 are introduced. USB interface is adopted in this system to realize the transformation of data between PC and the laser carving control system, which can deal with a large amount of data at high-speed. More than one laser carving machines can be controlled by only one PC through USB, which can not only reduce the cost, but also improve the efficiency. The capacity of the data memory is extended to 64Mb to satisfy the storage of large amount data, accordingly the laser carving machine can work in offline mode.
