摘    要:简述了以荧光能量转移本系测定DNA方法的发展过程,同时对吖啶(AO)-藏红T(ST)荧光探针测定DNA的条件进行分析,证明了该法灵敏度高、线性范围宽、检出限低、选择性好、抗干扰能力强,该法为微曦DNA测定分析工作提供了一个新的途径。

Abstract:A brief review on the recent progress of the determination of DNA using the fluorescence energy transfer system, and a thorough study on the optimum conditions for the determination of DNA using acridine orange safranine T reaction system as fluorescence probe is given in this paper. It is proved that the above mentioned method has the predominant advantages of high sensitivity and selectivity, low detection limit and wide range of linearity, and that it is a new and preferable approach for the determination of DNA.
