摘    要:分析研究表明,测试样品在8个温度水平下,杂酚油中硫含量所测结果的精密度是一致的;最大标准偏差为0.0029%、最大相对标准偏差为0.33%;测试样品温度变化对能量色散X射线荧光光谱法测定杂酚油中硫含量测定结果具有显著性影响。在以后杂酚油硫含量测定中,应对所测样品温度加以控制与限定。

Abstract:At the eight levels of temperature,the precisions of sulfur content test results of creasote oils are consistent with the maximum standard deviation of 0.0029%,the maximum variation coefficient of 0.33%.The sample temperature changes have a significant influence on the results of sulfur content in creasote oils by the energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometry.The tested sample's temperature should be controlled and limited accurately during the determination of sulfur content in creasote oils in the...
